 EVENTS We're sure you were able to join us at our Art & Craft Fundraising Fair on June 28th, 2009, held at Ambrook Lane, Hagley Park, St. Andrew. If not, take a look at the slideshow below.  March is a month in which we have a lot of Bobo celebrations beginning with 7 nights' celebration of the formation of our Congress on March 1st, 2010. This year we celebrate 52 yrs. On March 23rd, 2010 the formation of the EABIC's Woman Freedom Liberation League was celebrated with 3 nights of Nyabinghi drumming and chanting, culminating on March 25th, Holy Empress Menen's Earthday. This was a grand celebration drawing souls from near and far to join in this glorious event. The season of Lent, having begun February 17th (Ash Wednesday) commenced a time of restriction from certain pleasures, a time to give up something treasured in memory of the battle and triumph of our christ, King Emmanuel 7th. Fasting, along with other dietary laws and time away from intercourse are a few laws observed for this season of 40 days and nights- 17th February- April 2nd (Good Friday) The Resurrection the Black Christ. Upcoming May 25th, 2010 is celebrated as Liberation Day. BOBO HILL  10 Miles, Bull- Bay, St. Andrew Egypt, Jamaica Holy Emmanuel I, Selassie I, Jah Rastafari!!!
